Our transaction opportunities range from buyouts and corporate carve-outs, to controlling stakes and substantial minority investments. Post-investment, we act as a strategic partner to our portfolio companies and their management teams, utilizing the best internal and external resources to spur company growth.

We seek to support our portfolio companies with a goal to double EBITDA under our ownership through a repeatable value creation model:

• Organic Growth: We work with our portfolio companies to drive revenue expansion through service line growth, geographic expansion, and sales and marketing optimization.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: We build a focused and dedicated M&A function for each of our portfolio companies where relevant to focus on strategic acquisitions based on clearly defined benefits of scale. In addition, we implement effective M&A integration practices to ensure we are appropriately capturing the benefits.
• Team & Organization: We identify the key skillsets required to achieve the value creation plan and support our portfolio companies by adding the right management talent and expertise.
• Efficiency & Infrastructure: We enhance our portfolio companies’ infrastructure capabilities to support long-term growth. Areas of focus include IT systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), digital transformation, data management and usage, and strategic planning.
