Mazin AlGhareeb joined Investcorp in 2024 and is responsible for the Kuwait market. He brings over 24 years of experience in investment and retail banking, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Prior to Investcorp, Mazin worked with GFH, where he was responsible for overseeing the placement of the Group’s financial products and investments in Kuwait, as well as the management of relationships with UHNWI and institutional investors. He served as a Board Member of Gulf Holding Company, a real-estate development subsidiary of GFH Financial Group, and previously represented GFH Group on the boards of Gulf North Africa Co., Injazat Technology Fund, and Bashaer Equity Fund. Mazin held several senior roles, including Head of Capital Markets and Senior Executive Director in the Placement & Wealth Management Department. He was also the Group Head of Treasury & Capital Markets between 2013 and 2018.

Previously, Mazin worked at GBCORP as Regional Head of Wealth Management and at Shamil Bank (Formally Faisal Islamic Bank) in the Corporate Relationship Management team. He began his career in 1999 with HSBC Bank Middle East.

Mazin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Edward’s University in Texas, USA.
