Herbert Myers joined Investcorp in 2000 and currently serves as the Global Co-Head of Real Assets, one of Investcorp’s four global business verticals, with approximately $15 billion in assets under management. In this role, Herb, alongside Co-Head Michael O’Brien, oversees all aspects of Investcorp’s four global real estate investment platforms, as well as its global infrastructure lines of business. Previously, Herb was the Co-Head of Investcorp’s US Real Estate line of business, and prior to that, he served as Head of US Real Estate Acquisitions. He is also a member of the investment committee for all global real estate and infrastructure investments. Throughout his long tenure at Investcorp, Herb has overseen a platform that has deployed equity in real estate transactions totaling nearly $25 billion in gross asset value, establishing Investcorp as a top 5 cross-border investor in US real estate.
Before joining Investcorp, Herb worked at JP Morgan Asset Management in New York as a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Group. He also served as an associate in real estate investment sales at Eastdil Realty Company and as a Senior Associate in real estate leasing at Peter R. Friedman Ltd.
Herb holds a BA in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia University.
