Francis Chang joined Investcorp Credit Management US in 2012, following the firm’s acquisition of 3i Debt Management US in 2017. Previously, Francis worked at 3i Debt Management US after the completion of the strategic transaction with Fraser Sullivan Investment Management (FSIM), which established the 3i Debt Management platform in the US. At FSIM, he served as a Portfolio Manager.

Prior to that, Francis was a Managing Director with the Lehman Brothers Estate’s Corporate Loan Group, where he managed the firm’s high yield portfolio (loans, mezzanine, and equity). In this role, he oversaw a high yield loan portfolio of approximately $2.0 billion across over 35 industrial and business services companies. In the subsequent nine years, he held positions in the Financial Sponsors Group, the Loan Portfolio Group, and the Leveraged Finance Group. Previously, Francis was a consumer/retail coverage banker in the Investment Banking Division of Furman Selz LLC. Prior to that, he held positions with Financo, Inc. and in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America.

Francis holds a BA degree from Colgate University.
