Federico Minoli has more than 30 years’ experience in leading businesses for global private equity funds. Between 1996 and 2007 he was CEO & Chairman of Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., a leading manufacturer of high performance sports motorcycles. In his career he has covered the position of Chairman for a number of companies across various industries as well as CEO of Bally International AG, World Wide VP Marketing of Playtex International, General Manager of Benetton USA, consultant for McKinsey and partner of Bain & Co.

Federico is currently Chairman of Dainese SpA and POC Sweden AB, on the Advisory Board of 9Ren and Ca’ Foscari Business School, Venice and co-owner of Deus Ex-Machina in Italy.

He also is an occasional lecturer at Harvard Business School and Tuck School of Business.
