David Rubin joined Investcorp in 2024. Prior to this, he worked at Prospect Capital, where he originated, executed, and managed private credit and equity investments across various middle-market industries. Earlier in his career, David held several sales and trading roles at Morgan Stanley, primarily focusing on short-term interest rates and financing for securitized credit.

David holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
