Andrew Margulis joined Investcorp in 2019 and is a Vice President in the Real Estate Group. He is responsible for Real Estate capital formation and product development. He also provides operational oversight for the Real Estate business and plays a key role in the firm’s corporate growth initiatives.

Previously, Andrew worked in the Capital Markets group at H/2 Capital Partners where he was responsible for capital raising and product development for the firm’s global institutional investor base. Prior to that, he worked in the Capital Markets and Investor Relations group at Rialto Capital Management where he contributed to the global capital raising effort of over $2.5 billion of institutional investor commitments.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami (FL).
