“We are excited to bring Rich on board, as he brings to Kentrox a wealth of senior executive experience that will be invaluable as the company continues to execute its growth initiatives,” said Anand Radhakrishnan, a member of the Board of Directors of Kentrox, and a Principal at Investcorp Technology Partners, the majority shareholder of Kentrox. “We believe our recent acquisitions enable Kentrox to create a compelling solution for service providers in the area of management and control of their infrastructure.”
