Investcorp, a leading provider and manager of alternative investment products, applauds Prosiris Capital Management LLC, a credit-oriented investment manager founded by Reza Ali, on surpassing $1 billion in assets under management.

In 2011, Investcorp provided Prosiris with an initial seed investment and served as the investment manager for its flagship fund. In this capacity, Investcorp had monitored the performance and operations of the fund and provided marketing services. Since inception, Prosiris, as investment adviser, has had responsibility for the strategy, trading and operations of the fund. Effective July 1st, Prosiris assumed all functions previously performed by Investcorp. Investcorp continues its seeding relationship and remains a strategic investor in the fund.
