Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm, today announced the appointment of Jerry Davis as an Advisory Director within its Real Estate group, effective January 2022.

Jerry is the former President of UDR, a leading $26 billion multifamily REIT and S&P 500 company that he had been with since 1989. Jerry spent 31 years at UDR in a variety of operational and financial roles.

As Investcorp’s real estate team continues to grow its investment platform and expand institutional investor relationships, it has added several executives to its advisory team in recent months. Jerry joins fellow Advisory Directors Michelle Felman and Patrice Derrington, appointed in October 2021, as well as Mark Patterson. The group’s extensive industry experience will help support strategic initiatives and capital raising.
