Investcorp today announced that it has agreed to divest its indirect interest in Banque Pâris Bertrand, alongside the other existing owners, to Rothschild & Co Bank AG.

The transaction is expected to complete in the first half of 2021, subject to regulatory and other customary approvals. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
