Investcorp S.A. announces that its parent Investcorp Bank B.S.C. has retired an aggregate of 99,259 of the Investcorp Bank Preference Shares effective today, July 15, 2015, through a combination of redemptions and purchases, for an aggregate price of US$104.2 million.
