Keith L. Horn is the founder and Managing Member of Loring Capital Advisors, LLC, a financial services firm that provides investment advisory and consulting services to hedge fund managers, asset management firms, and early-stage and start-up businesses. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Elliott Management Corporation, one of the largest global multi-strategy firms, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s operational, support, and control functions. Before joining Elliott, Keith spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch, serving in various capacities, including Global Head of Leveraged Finance, Head of Latin America Debt, and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO.

In addition to his work at Loring Capital Advisors, Keith has held various board positions, including serving as the Executive Chairperson of The Forest Road Company, LLC, a specialty finance and tax services company, and as a director of several public companies, such as Amarin Corporation, Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp., Empire Resorts, Inc., and ShopOne Centers REIT, Inc.

Keith holds a J.D., Cum Laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, and B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science from Binghamton University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Honors.
