Investcorp’s US Real Estate team was established in 1996 and has grown into one of the most active global real estate investment managers in the industry. Our current US portfolio consists of $9.1 billion of assets under management, of which 98% are in industrial and residential properties. Nearly a decade ago, we made a strategic shift to focus our investments on the residential and industrial sectors.
Europe
Our European Real Estate business launched in 2016 to invest in real estate opportunities in the UK and Europe, including office and industrial commercial properties and student accommodation. We made our first acquisition in 2017 and today manage a portfolio of $1.3 billion of assets under management with investments in 132 properties to-date across the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands.
