United States
Investcorp’s US Real Estate team was established in 1996 and has grown into one of the most active global real estate investment managers in the industry. Our current US portfolio consists of $9.3 billion of assets under management, of which 98% are in industrial and residential properties. Nearly a decade ago, we made a strategic shift to focus our investments on the residential and industrial sectors.
The firm is among the top-5 largest cross-border buyers of US real estate over the past five years, according to Real Capital Analytics.
Europe
Our European Real Estate business launched in 2016 to invest in real estate opportunities in the UK and Europe, including office and industrial commercial properties and student accommodation. We made our first acquisition in 2017 and today manage a portfolio of $1.3 billion of assets under management with investments across the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Infrastructure
Investcorp’s Infrastructure business today has $5.5 billion of assets under management through two partnerships, Investcorp Corsair Infrastructure Partners (ICIP), which focuses on transportation and logistics investment opportunities globally, and Abrdn Investcorp Infrastructure Partners (AIIP), which focuses on vital infrastructure projects in the GCC region.

ICIP, in partnership with Corsair Capital, specializes in infrastructure investments within the transportation and logistics sector.
ICIP’s investments include very prominent projects at LaGuardia and JFK airports in New York City.
