    Chairman of Investcorp Technology Partners

    Savio Tung has recently retired as the Chief Investment Officer of Investcorp and currently serves as Chairman of Investcorp Technology Partners. Before joining Investcorp in 1984, Savio Tung was a senior banker at Chase Manhattan Bank and worked in its offices in New York, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and London. He was also a key executive in establishing Chase's Bahrain office and marketing presence in the Gulf.

    Savio holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. He is a trustee emeritus of Columbia University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Savio is also an independent non-executive director of Bank of China, Hong Kong Limited and a board member of Tech Data Corporation (NASDAQ: TECD).

    Head of Corporate Investment – Europe

    Hazem Ben-Gacem head’s Investcorp’s European private equity activities and is also the Managing Partner of the Investcorp Technology Partners group of funds. He also serves on the Firm’s Operating Committee, Global Corporate Investment Committee, European Real Estate Investment Committee and the Financial & Risk Management Committee.

    Hazem joined Investcorp’s private equity group in London in 1994 and since 2012, Hazem has been tasked with leading the European private equity team. Under his stewardship, Investcorp has had its most active investment and realization period in Europe, acquiring ten business and exiting twelve, returning in excess of $3.0 billion to its investors. Prior to joining Investcorp, Hazem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston's mergers and acquisitions team in New York.

    In addition to his position with Investcorp, Hazem is the chairman of the board of the Italian luxury menswear Corneliani and the Norweigian telematics business Abax, the vice chair of the Danish luxury goods maker Georg Jensen and the Italian protective gear maker Dainese, and also serves on the boards of the Swedish ski helmet maker POC, the British anti-counterfeit solution provider Opsec and the US digital information provider kgb Inc.

    Hazem holds a BA with honors in Economics from Harvard University and is the founder of the Harvard Office in Tunisia, the first formal presence for Harvard University in the Arab world.  Hazem is currently a serving member of the national shooting team of Tunisia (50 meter rifle discipline), achieving a bronze medal in the 2017 African Shooting Championships and double gold medals in the 2010 North African Shooting Championships.  Under the request of the Tunisian Prime Minister, Hazem has also served as the co-chairman of the Tunisia 2020 International Donor Conference, held in Tunisia in 2016.

    Gilbert Kamieniecky joined Investcorp in 2005. Previously, he was with Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in London where he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group, the Global Industrials Group and Firm Management. Gilbert currently serves on the board of Ageras, Calligo and eviivo.

    Gilbert holds an MSt in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and also graduated as Valedictorian from Cass Business School with a BSc in Business Studies.

    Anand Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp in 2002, is currently Chief of Staff and also leads our post-acquisition activities in New York. Previously, he was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team. He currently sits on the board of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. and TPx Communications.

    Anand holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

    Georg joined Investcorp in 2016 after four years at technology-focused private equity firm Silver Lake. Prior to that, he spent four years in Merrill Lynch’s investment banking team in Germany. Georg currently serves on the board of Calligo and eviivo.

    Georg holds an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and a masters in International Business from HEC Paris.

    Julian Bennet joined Investcorp in 2016 after three years in the technology team of HGCapital in London. Prior to that, he spent three years at Augusta & Co, a mid-market UK corporate finance boutique and two years at Morgan Stanley, primarily in their technology M&A team, in both London and Dubai. Julian currently serves on the board of Ageras.

    Julian graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School and also holds a Master of Arts in Literae Humaniores from the University of Oxford.

    Timothy first joined Investcorp in 2007 as part of the financial controls team and moved to work with Corporate Investment in 2008. Timothy is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions for the team.

    Maria Patrão joined Investcorp in 2017 after four years at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking team in London. Prior to that, Maria spent two years at Deloitte’s strategic consulting practice in Portugal and Angola.

    Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Porto and a double Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics and Lancaster University.

    Scott Cruickshank

    Scott Cruickshank has more than 20 years of executive management experience, most recently as Chairman and CEO of CSID, the leading provider of global enterprise level identity protection, and fraud detection solutions and technologies.  Prior to CSID, from 2006-2009, Mr. Cruickshank served as President & COO of CyberSource Corporation, a global provider of online payment solutions that streamline fraud management and simplify payment security. Mr. Cruickshank led the firm’s global sales, marketing and customer support functions, and he also served as a board director of the firm from 2005-2007.  Prior to joining CyberSource, Mr. Cruickshank was president and COO of Qsent, and before that, he served as chief sales and marketing officer at Chase Paymentech where he led sales, customer care, marketing and service operations functions. Mr. Cruickshank was senior vice president of First Data Merchant Services and managing partner of Bank One Payment Services, prior to the company’s merger with Chase Paymentech in 1999. He also served on the board of directors of London-based Skrill Holdings from 2010 - 2013.

    Mr. Cruickshank holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

    Martin Wülfert

    Martin Wuelfert is CEO of the German cyber-security organization DCSO, created by the four German DAX companies Allianz, BASF, Bayer and Volkswagen. DCSO provides high-end cyber-security managed services for some of the largest German enterprises. Prior to joining DCSO Martin served as CEO of the leading European transportation management cloud platform Transporeon. Before that he founded Your Business Lab (YBL), a boutique consulting firm that specialized in product, go-to-market and M&A strategy within the software industry.

    Before founding YBL, Mr. Wuelfert managed Utimaco Safeware AG as CEO for over seven years, also during Investcorp’s ownership, until the company was acquired by and integrated into Sophos. Prior to Utimaco, Mr. Wuelfert served at various management positions in the Novartis group, including being a division CIO for many years, M&A integration manager in Australia & New Zealand and general manager of Novartis Animal Health in Germany.

    Mr. Wuelfert holds a diploma in Theoretical Physics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

    Siegfried Heimgärtner most recently served as CEO of Skrill, one of Investcorp’s former portfolio companies. During his tenure, Skrill grew to a worldwide payment network offering businesses access to direct payment processing via 100 payment options in 200 countries and in over 40 currencies.

    Prior to joining Skrill, Mr. Heimgärtner was Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff in Paris at Ingenico, a EURONEXT listed company, and the leading provider of payment solutions at the POS, with over 15 million terminals installed in 125 countries. The company processes more than two billion payment transactions annually, and acquired easycash Group in 2009 at which time Mr. Heimgärtner assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to easycash, he held various management positions at Epson and Bull, both globally-recognized companies in the high-technology sector.

    Mr. Heimgärtner is a graduate of the Bull International Management Programme at Ecole Européenne des Affaires, Paris and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

    Jim Travers is the Chairman of Fleetmatics and has over 30 years of industry experience selling and marketing high technology products and services. In addition he has diverse experience successfully building high growth companies in the public and private sectors. Mr. Travers joined Fleetmatics in 2006 as CEO and has led the Company to substantial revenue growth and profitability. Prior to joining Fleetmatics he served as SVP of the Americas of Geac Corporation where he helped grow the company through a series of successful acquisitions in addition to delivering strong organic revenue growth. Prior to Geac, Mr. Travers was CEO and COO of Harbinger Corporation a publically traded leading provider of e-commerce software and services. Mr. Travers also had a successful 15 year career with Texas Instruments Inc. where he held senior level positions in sales, marketing and general management.

    Richard Fuller was elected Member of Parliament (‘MP’) in the United Kingdom in 2010 and re-elected in 2015. He is a member of the Select Committee for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Select Committee for Regulatory Reforms. Prior to becoming an MP, Mr. Fuller had been a Partner at LEK Consulting and at Investcorp. He also co-founded a home care business and was instrumental in establishing the Bedford Business Fund. Mr. Fuller is currently the Chairman of OpSec and a Board Member at eviivo.

    Mr. Fuller holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Oxford University. Mr. Fuller has worked extensively in the UK, USA, Philippines, Australia and South Korea.
