    Fahad Ahmed joined Investcorp in 2010. Prior to joining, Fahad worked at Ernst & Young Pakistan as Senior Executive in the Assurance and Advisory Service since 2007. 

    Fahad is a qualified Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Level III candidate of Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.

    Ayman Al-Arrayed joined Investcorp in 2006 and is deputy head of operations & corporate accounting. Before Investcorp, Ayman worked at Remza Investment, a regional GGC investment company based in Bahrain where he was Deputy Managing Director.

    Ayman holds a Masters in E-Business from Middlesex University, UK and a BSc in Management and Business Administration from the University of Bahrain.

    Nasser Alshakhoori joined Investcorp in 2005 from Bahrain Petroleum Company where he worked on the Geographic Information System within the Petroleum Engineering Department. 

    Nasser holds a Bachelor in Business Information Systems from the University of Bahrain.

    Khaled Daair joined Investcorp in December 2014 from Standard Bank Plc where he spent four years as part of their Global Management Information team, providing support to Corporate & Investment Banking. Prior to that, Khaled spent three years at Ernst & Young within their Financial Services Assurance division, having started his career at HM Treasury.

    Khaled is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland, and has a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of Bath.

    Darryl D'Souza joined Investcorp in 1997 from PRT Solutions Barbados. Prior to that he spent seven years at Citicorp as a project manager in their systems consulting subsidiary, implementing systems in North America and the Asia Pacific region. Darryl's current role is Head of Business Support - New York.

    Darryl holds a Masters in Computer Applications from VJTI, India and an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

    Abdulnabi Hussain joined Investcorp in 2006. Prior to joining, Abdulnabi worked at BNP Paribas and ABC Bank as a Treasury dealer. Abdulnabi has over 33 years’ experience in the financial markets as a technical dealer. 

    Abdulnabi holds an MBA from Richmond University. He has also run Technical Analysis courses as a consultant instructor at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (Bahrain).

    Ebrahim Hussain Ebrahim joined Investcorp in 1985 from Banque Paribas where he spent three years as manager, letter of credits and guarantees.

    Ebrahim holds an Advanced Diploma in Finance from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He also studied data design and computer languages at Bahrain University and took part in the Gulf Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia.

    Ahmed Isa joined Investcorp in 2008 as part of Corporate Accounting and Internal Controls team. Prior to joining Investcorp, Ahmed spent almost two years at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait as part of the Loan Processing team.

    Ahmed holds an MBA from New York Institute of Technology (Bahrain) as well as a BSc in Business Information System from the University of Bahrain.

    Bahija Ismail joined Investcorp in 1983 and has held various positions within the company. Bahija currently works in Corporate Accounting and Internal Controls team since 2000.

    Grahame Ivey joined Investcorp in 1988, and is the head of Investment Administration. Prior to his current role, he was a principal with Investcorp's Real Estate team in London and New York. Prior to joining Investcorp he was with Touche Ross, both in the United Kingdom and Spain, for seven years, and with John Laing Developments for two years.

    Grahame holds a BA (Hons) in Business Finance from the University of Westminster and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

    Head of Risk Management

    Richard Kramer is Head of Risk Management which provides independent oversight and guidance for managing risk on an enterprise-wide basis including the development and implementation of risk management measures across the company covering investment, credit, liquidity and operational risks and capital adequacy.  Risk management is part of the effort to build and sustain a strong culture in which all employees understand the importance of managing risk to deliver responsible growth and serve our clients.

    Richard is a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee and he serves on its Investment Committees and the Financial and Risk Management Committee.  

    Richard joined Investcorp in 2011, before which he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he started as an analyst in the M&A department of Credit Suisse First Boston in London in 1997. 

    During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Richard worked with the M&A, equity and debt capital markets departments, between London and Singapore, and was part of the Regional Management team for investment banking, private banking and asset management in Europe.

    Richard holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, a BA from Tufts University and a CEP diplome from Sciences Po, Paris.

    Rajat Mehrotra joined Investcorp in 2007 and is currently a member of the Business Analysis & Planning team. He joined Investcorp from ICICI Bank, India where he worked in the Product Management team in the Small & Medium Enterprises division. 

    Rajat holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow, India with specialization in Finance & Marketing, and an Engineering degree from Mumbai University, India. He is a CFA Charter holder.

    Rupesh worked as an external consultant at Investcorp before joining the Risk Management team in 2010. Prior to Investcorp, Rupesh worked as a software consultant for Oracle Financial Services Software Limited (India) and Tata International Limited (India) providing development and support services to a wide variety of finance related software applications.

    Rupesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from the University of Pune, India.

    Rohit Nanda re-joined Investcorp in 2014, from Lagoon Capital where he was a Director.  Rohit previously spent five years with Investcorp including three years in Investment Administration (London) and two years in Business Analysis Reporting (Bahrain) before he moved to work for Qinvest & Ambit in Doha, Qatar.

    Rohit is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters in Science degree specialization in Finance.

    Sreevatsan Rajagopalan ('Vats') joined Investcorp in 2004 from i-flex solutions in India where he was project manager and senior business analyst for Investcorp's Quality Assurance System project. Prior to that, Vats spent nine years in three different commercial banks in India specializing in retail banking, trade finance, process re-engineering and system implementation.

    Vats holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a PG in Finance from Annamalai University, India. He is also an Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has certifications in software design and programming from STG, India.

    Abbas Rizvi joined Investcorp in 2004 from Ernst & Young Bahrain, where he worked as an associate in the business risk services unit for a year. Abbas is currently the Financial Controller and Deputy Head of Financial Management. Previously he spent more than five years at Ernst & Young Pakistan in audit and advisory services divisions.

    Abbas is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

    Tony Robinson is Investcorp’s Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of the Firm’s Operating Committee

    Tony has over 35 years of corporate finance and professional accounting experience across Australia, the UK and Bahrain.

    Tony joined Investcorp in 1994 as a senior manager in Financial Controls and became Investcorp’s Chief Internal Auditor in 1998. In his capacity as Group Financial Controller (2004-2008), Tony led a team of finance professionals across three geographic locations (London, New York and Bahrain).

    Tony rejoined Investcorp in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer, from Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co. where he managed the investment support and coordination team before becoming Mumtalakat’s Chief Financial Officer from 2012.  As Investcorp’s Chief Financial Officer, Tony’s responsibilities include financial control and reporting, balance sheet management, investment administration, corporate accounting, group treasury support and operations.

    Tony holds a Bachelor of Business in accounting from the Western Australia Institute of Technology and a Master of Taxation from Curtin University, Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

    Craig Sinfield-Hain joined Investcorp in 2003 and has held several positions within the Finance group. Prior to his current role as Head of Business Analysis & Planning and Head of Business Support - London, he was Investcorp's Financial Controller and Deputy Head of Financial Management. Before joining Investcorp Craig spent more than seven years as an actuary and pension consultant at Watson Wyatt in Brussels and Chicago.

    Craig holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France as well as a BSc, summa cum laude, in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

    Devindra Thakur joined Investcorp in 2006 and has been part of the Risk Management department since 2010. Prior to joining Investcorp, he has worked with HSBC in Treasury Operations and Gillette in Financial Planning and Reporting.

    Devindra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University and a M.B.A. from IIM Calcutta and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

    Head of Treasury and Investor Relations

    Daniele Vecchi joined Investcorp in 2016 as Head of Treasury and Investor Relations. Daniele comes to Investcorp from Transmed in Beirut where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previous roles include Group Treasurer of Majid Al Futtaim Group, Dubai, Group Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations with Panalpina Management Ltd, Switzerland and senior treasury positions with the Nestlé Group in Switzerland, Italy and the United States.

    Daniele holds a MSc. majoring in risk management from the Stern School of Business, New York and a MSc. majoring in economics from the University of Bologna. Daniele is a member of the Swiss Association of Corporate Treasurers.
